The Coach - Mhorag
I'm a professionally qualified and fully insured STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coach and STA Level 2 Open Water Safety Rescuer.
A well-experienced open water swimmer over several years, having competed in many outdoor swimming events and swam in various locations at home and abroad.
I'm passionate about using my experience and coaching abilities to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and wellbeing, as well as develop their swim technique.

My professional coaching services are available on a 1-1 basis or in small groups. Sessions are tailored to the goals and abilities of individuals, so you can be assured of a personal service.

The venue is a lovely sheltered loch, with shallow edges. Local swimming pools are used during winter months for technique coaching.
Open water swimming is a fantastic sport, although it comes with its own risks. Be assured that your safety is my main priority.
